The Heart of the Operation…..the Winery
Goodwin Engineering’s task was to design a state-of-the art winery. In addition to the HVAC, electrical, and plumbing; Goodwin designed the winery process utilities including glycol systems, steam generation, process piping, presses, laboratory, bottling processes, water softener/filtration, and wine storage.
Additionally, Goodwin was tasked with interior design and layout of processes and equipment and worked closely with the Owners and Wine Master to assure that winery operations would be efficient and ergonomic.
